Yvonne is an experienced corporate and employment attorney and member of the PA and NJ bars. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Arthur Littleton Legal Writing Instructor and an intern with The Honorable Arlin M. Adams, Third Circuit Court of Appeals. After law school graduation she had a judicial clerkship with The Honorable J. Sydney Hoffman, Superior Court of PA.

Yvonne has worked with major firms and as in-house counsel in Philadelphia and Detroit. Most recently, she was Corporate Counsel and Global Litigation Director for Kelly Services, Inc. and before that she was a partner in Post & Schell's Labor & Employment Group.

Yvonne is particularly aware of the special needs of each type of practice. She has demonstrated particular expertise in matters of employment law, complex and commercial litigation and compliance, is the author of numerous published articles for and has presented many programs to such groups as the ABA, DRI, PBI and PA Chamber of Business and Industry. She lives in Bucks County and is an active volunteer with the Corvette Enthusiasts Community Foundation.
