Joyce has more than twenty years' experience providing national recruitment and professional staffing services in the legal, financial services and technology industries. She has been successful in providing executive level talent through her service to clients ranging from boutique firms to Fortune 500 companies. Among her many strengths are her abilities to engage outstanding clients, demonstrate a truly consultative style and build long-term relationships by delivering creative, responsive recruitment solutions. She provides a client-focused approach to every search and is recognized for adding unmatched value to the talent acquisition process.

Joyce began her career as Director of the Institute for Employee Benefits Training, and later accepted positions as a marketing representative for Comshare, a recruiter for Worlco Computer Resources and, most recently, the President of Executive Resources, a search firm she founded in 1990. For the past seven years she has worked exclusively in legal recruiting, applying her exceptional experience, consummate professionalism and the hallmark Abelson Legal Search personal approach, fostering open, collaborative relationships with clients and skilled attorneys and paralegals. She embodies the ideal headhunter, listening intently and serving as a trusted advisor to Abelson Legal Search's clients and job seekers.

Joyce received her B.A., cum laude, from The Ohio State University, with a major in Behavioral Sciences, and is a graduate of the Institute for Paralegal Training's program in Employee Benefits Plans. She, her husband and two sons live in southern NJ.
