Chastity works closely with President Cathy Abelson on attorney placements at all levels. She dedicates her recruiting practice to conducting candidate searches to meet clients' criteria. Demonstrating Abelson Legal Search's commitment to the personal approach, Chastity reaches out to prospective candidates directly to verify their experience, practice specialty areas, day-to-day focus and criteria for considering a lateral move.

Chastity exemplifies a professional "matchmaker," endeavoring to help clients succeed in meeting their hiring needs while extending career advancement opportunities to highly qualified lawyers and paralegals.. She cultivates and nurtures closely both client and candidate relationships by communicating frequently about prospective opportunities where there may be mutual interest. She frequently serves as a trusted resource for members of the legal community looking to further their career goals.

In 1998 Chastity received her law degree from Duquesne University's School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board, the Women's Law Association and Black Law Students' Association and a professor's research assistant. She was named to Who's Who Among Law Students and a Duquesne University Merit Scholar.

She received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Bloomsburg University in 1993, where she was identified as the #1 graduating senior in the Political Science Department and where she was elected to Who's Who Among College Students. After completing the Litigation Management Program of the Philadelphia Institute of Paralegal Studies, Chastity worked as a paralegal in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

After working as a litigation associate at Pittsburgh's Doepken Keevican & Weiss, Chastity returned to the Philadelphia area to become a litigation associate with Rubin & Associates, a suburban employment boutique. In 2002, she joined the Philadelphia office of Saul Ewing, working primarily in the area of securities litigation. Chastity has handled cases ranging in value from $100,000 to more than $5 million.

Recognizing Chastity's unique skill set and level of exemplary professionalism, Cathy Abelson recruited her to join Abelson Legal Search. Chastity lives in Lower Gwynedd, PA with her husband and three young children.
