For nearly 20 years, Kimberly served on and with senior management teams of large and mid-size law firms in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, where she developed and managed a host of strategic business development, marketing, and public relations programs for firms as well as for specific practice areas and individual lawyers. She has worked effectively with all levels of a law firm to achieve institutional awareness and understanding of strategic business development, marketing, and client service principles and enhance the efficacy of a firm's operations, by increasing clients satisfaction and generating greater revenue.

Bringing decades of experience as a marketer, strategist, organizational development specialist, project manager and entrepreneur to bear on behalf of her clients, Kimberly provides practical solutions for lawyers' most challenging professional and business development issues.

Kimberly is a frequent author and presenter for business and industry groups on professional and business development topics.

Kimberly received her B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and pursued post graduates studies in marketing management. She, her husband and family live in southern NJ.
